Naomi Gauthier | Co-Founder

The Art Agency CEO Naomi Gauthier founded the company to connect artists and commercial clients here and elsewhere.
Drawing on her experience in senior leadership in the business sector, she addresses pain points for commercial projects by providing simple options for artwork from small to large projects.
In her spare time, Naomi enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her family.

Earl Cachola | Co-Founder

Earl is a father of a 7-year-old, and all around good guy. Earl has spent the majority of his career in sales with a focus on developing partnerships in the travel and tourism sector.
A proven top performer, he has developed his business one client at a time. He successfully grew and managed a multi-million dollar portfolio by utilizing a consultative approach to understand his partners’ needs and create win-win situations. 
He is also a firm believer in ‘giving back’ and has volunteered his time by serving on boards at the Hawai’i Lodging and Tourism Association and Meeting Professionals International.
Earl holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in Psychology.
He is also a foodie, likes time with family, attempts to golf, and has 2 cats.

Cheryl Sora | Project Director

Cheryl Sora brings a multicultural perspective to the selling process through past international career choices. After growing up on Kauai, she spent the majority of her career expanding her contacts through multiple community service efforts. In addition to being bilingual due to summers spent in Japan as a child, she remains active with several government and business organizations in Hawaii.
She has inspired both clients and colleagues, and serves the community tirelessly.

Anika Gauthier | Digital Media

Anika Gauthier has many years of experience in social media. When she was 10, Anika had a website that garnered over 110k hits in one week. Ask her anything about football, music or movies, she has an impressive depth and wealth of knowledge. Many of her posts have gone viral and she hopes to bring the same level of excitement and following to The Art Agency. She joined the company in January 2021 to help launch the startup to the Hawaii commercial art market.

She is a student at Kapiolani Community College majoring in Liberal Arts.
